TV boxes...
http://video.nytimes.com/video/2010/10/07/technology/personaltech/1248069146809/debating-the-future-of-television.html?ex=1302667200&en=7c3e45d80d9bef30&ei=5087&WT.mc_id=VI-D-I-NYT-MOD-MOD-M171-ROS-1010-PH&WT.mc_ev=click

Also newer TVs with built in Internet features no boxes required...(Google, Yahoo, ...)

Also 3D BluRay a free upgrade for PS3 machines...

Research before you invest as there are many options for this holiday season upgrades and replacement purchases...

Also please encourage Phillips to pickup their no glasses 3D TV project again... Active shutter glasses are not the way to go...

iPhone worker suicides

What if you could never leave the factory complex you worked at? Six day weeks with 2 hours overtime mandatory every day and when you leave you sleep, eat, and shop in the factory complex. This is the reality of most Apple assembly workers...

E-Book pricing about to explode...

Although I prefer the Amazon Kindle $ 9.99 e-book price. Apple's iTablet $14.99 - 12.99 model with Apple taking 30% is a real threat to Amazon as publishers will prefer this model.

3-D movies at the library? Sure...

Well we have successfully shown a few 3-D movies here at our Movies program, but could this be in your living room everyday with new original content daily in a few months? Make sure your new TV is 3D ready as many are.

3D PS3... I just bought the 2D :(

Oh well... 3D TV may finally make it this time... ESPN annouced 3D sports channel coming out this year (helment cams, etc.) and Discovery announced adoption as well.

Disappointing that the no glasses required Phillips model has stopped development due to brightness level issues when compared to polarized 3D glasses technology.

Avatar in 3D is a good model of what you can expect to finally hit the home market is mass soon!
